Het Fondaco del Megio is een paleis in het sestiere van Santa Croce in Venetië, Noord-Italië. Het ligt in de buurt van het Palazzo Belloni Battagia en het Fondaco dei Turchi, het kijkt uit op het Canal Grande en is tegenover de kerk van San Marcuola van Cannaregio.
Het werd gebouwd in de 13e eeuw als een graandepot, maar later werd het gebruikt om gierst op te slaan, waarbij deze functie werd gehandhaafd tot de val van de Republiek Venetië in 1797. Het herbergt momenteel een basisschool.
