De Entella is een zeer korte rivier binnen de Metropolitane Stad Genua in de Ligurië-regio van het noordwesten van Italië.
De naam Entella is door Ptolemaeus aan de rivier gegeven; het is misschien afgeleid van entos en elòa, vanwege de donkergroene kleur van de rivieroevers van het bovenste bekken. De naam werd vanaf het einde van de 18e eeuw populair; de rivier werd eerder door de gewone mensen Lavagna genoemd.
