Het Differdange Kasteel, gelegen op een heuvel in het centrum van Differdange in het zuiden van Luxemburg, werd gebouwd in 1577, hoewel een eerder versterkt kasteel van Differdange dateert van rond 1310. Het huidige residentiële château wordt gebruikt door de Miami University.
De eerste heer van het Differdange Kasteel was Wilhelm, de broer van de heer van Soleuvre, die wordt genoemd in documenten uit 1310 toen hij een versterkt kasteel bezat. De heren van Differdange bestonden echter slechts tot de dood van Wilhelms kleinzoon rond het jaar 1400. Toen het kasteel van Soleuvre in 1552 afbrandde, besloot de eigenares Anna von Insenburg het niet te repareren, maar een residentieel kasteel in renaissancestijl in Differdange te bouwen, dat zowel Soleuvre als Differdange diende.
