Wiesing ligger i den midterste Unterinntal nord for Inn, ved indgangen til Zillertal, ved foden af Rofangebirget. Den sydlige grænse udgøres af Inn i en højde lige over 500 meter. Mod nord stiger landet til næsten 2000 meter, den højeste hævning er Ebner Joch. Kommunen ligger i retskredsen Schwaz.
