Skt. Amanduskirken er en romersk-katolsk kirke på Markedet i den vestflamske by Meulebeke. I 2021 tilhører kirken enheden/federationen PE Elisabet Meulebeke. Måske har der allerede været et bederum her i det syvende århundrede. Den nuværende neogotiske bygning blev opført mellem 1893 og 1896. Kirken er mindst to gange blevet genopbygget i en anden stil, og de ældste fundamenter stammer fra omkring 1100.
