Cyberneticatorerne, også kaldet Schöffertårnet, er et abstrakt værk på 52 meter højt, opbygget af stålrør. Tårnet blev opført i 1961 ved Kongreshallen og står på den Vallonske monumentliste. Denne visionære installation er særdeles original. Rammen, der er forsynet med plader, spejle og plader i forskellige former og størrelser, sættes i bevægelse af en elektronisk hjerne, der sørger for bevægelse, lys og musik. Dette er det vigtigste værk af den fransk-ungarske kunstner Nicolas Schöffer, faderen til den cybernetiske kunst.
