Kapellet ligger langs Route de Blocqmont. Der er en indrettet kapel og en lille hule.
Kapellet blev opført til ære for Gaston Anciaux, der blev borgeroffer under første verdenskrig. Den 15. august 1914 indtræder tyskerne i Houx. De tager mændene som gidsler og tvinger kvinder og børn ind i kirken. Den 14-årige Gaston Anciaux bliver ramt af 2 tyske kugler på tærsklen til sit hus. Den ene brækker hans venstre arm, og den anden rammer ham i ryggen og skrammer hans ribben. Tyskerne trængte ind i huset og skød ned fra toppen af trappen ind i kælderen. Heldigvis bliver ingen ramt.
Under angrebet sættes 43 af de 72 huse i brand. Borgmesteren bliver taget til fange, og en far bliver dødeligt såret.
Gaston dør den 23. september 1925 i Lourdes.
