Dette er en forsømt grotte, angivet på kort som grotte ND de Lourdes.

Grotte ligger for enden af en adgangsvej på cirka 20 m lang, med 6 søjler af kvartssten på hver side. Paul Manil siger, at han der den 24/11/1950 så en åbenbaring af Jomfru Maria, som helbredte hans kone for neurastheni og reumatisme. I taknemmelighed bygde han i 2 år med sin hest på denne grotte i slutningen af 1950'erne.

Den består af en lille bygning med et saddeltag og en base på 6 m på jorden og en maksimal højde på 3 m, lavet af hvide kvartssten.

Inde i en 5 m dyb hulning findes et alter med en nederste del af mursten og et rudimentært træalterbord. Foran i grotten, i det venstre hjørne, var der i en niche en stor statue af Vore Frue af Lourdes. Denne er nu forsvundet og erstattet af et mindre eksemplar.

Der er et kors til minde om fru Colette DE CONINCK, som døde i Profondeville den 17. september 2015 i en alder af 85 år.
