Ubstadt-Weiher ligger på grænsen mellem Rheinebene og Kraichgau i nord for Karlsruhe kommune. Gennem kommunen løber Kraichbach, der her optager Katzbach. På området for bydelen Stettfeld, lige efter Katzbacheindmündung, ledes en kanal ved navn Kriegbach væk fra Kraichbach. Bydelen Weiher ligger i Rheinebene, bydelen Zeutern i Kraichgau, og bydelene Ubstadt og Stettfeld ligger direkte ved Kraichgaurand. Mellem bydelene Ubstadt, Stettfeld og Weiher ligger naturområdet Bruch ved Stettfeld, som repræsenterer et af de få naturbeholdte rester af Kinzig-Murg-Rinne.
