Bernkastel-Kues er en turistby i Tyskland. Byen ligger ved Mosel, mellem vinmarkerne. Den har 7.092 indbyggere. Den består af to dele: Bernkastel på den højre bred af Mosel og Kues på den venstre bred. De dele er forbundet med en bro.
Mosel danner i dette område grænsen mellem Eifel i nord og Hunsrück i syd og laver mange skarpe sving. Mosel og Bernkastel-Kues ligger lavere end omgivelserne. Vinmarkerne ligger på skråningerne af Moseldalen. Bernkastel ligger i øst på ydersiden af Mosels sving, på Hunsrück-siden, og Kues i vest på indersiden.
