St. Maria Immaculata er en votivkirke, der blev bygget som en sognekirke og i dag er en filialkirke til St. Martin i Raesfeld, beliggende i den til Borken, Nordrhein-Westfalen, hørende landsby Rhedebrügge.
St. Maria Immaculata blev bygget mellem 1886 og 1889 af Wilhelm Rincklake for ejerfamilien af det til kirken tilstødende gods efter en veloverstået længere sørejse af et familiemedlem. Kirken blev igen udvidet omkring 1900.
