Die Herz-Jesu-Kirke er den katolske menighedskirke i byen Bernau nær Berlin. Den blev bygget i årene 1907/1908 efter planer af arkitekten Paul Ueberholz som en enskibskirke nær jernbanestationen. Kirken tilhører dekanten Eberswalde, som igen hører under erkebispedømmet Berlin.
Kirkebygningen på den sydøstlige kant af den gamle bydel i Bernau, på hjørnet af Börnicker Straße/Ulitzkastraße, erstattede St. Bonifatius-kapellet, der blev opført i 1853 i Tuchmacherstraße. Nybyggeriet skyldes indsatsen fra Bernau bys præst Carl Ulitzka. Han havde erhvervet en grund og fået arkitekten fra Charlottenburg til at tegne bygningen samt et menigheds- og præstebolig.
