Den katolske katedral St. Jakob i Görlitz er bispekirken i det romersk-katolske bispedømme Görlitz.
Den nuværende katedral blev opført fra 1898 til 1900 efter planer af arkitekten Joseph Ebers og blev indviet den 6. oktober 1900. Oprindeligt var det planlagt at bygge det nye gudhus som en filialkirke for Sankt Kors menigheden. Men Breslau-biskoppen Adolf kardinal Bertram hævede imidlertid den nye kirke til sognekirke for den nye sognet St. Jakob i 1918.
