Gruben Gustavszeche var en minedrift i Biebertal nær bydelen Bieber ved Gießen. Der blev udvundet brune jern-manganerter, der forekom som redningskasser.
Det er et af minerne i Lahn-Dill-området.
Efter en udenretlig enighed mellem gruveselskabet J.J. Jung og Wilhelm Briel i 1878 kom gruefeltet under navnet „Gustavszeche“ i den enlige besiddelse af familievirksomheden Jung.
