Kreuzberg er en bydel i byen Freyung i Landkreis Freyung-Grafenau, Bayern. Indtil 1971 dannede Kreuzberg en selvstændig kommune.
Kreuzberg ligger på en 819 meter høj, trækløs gnejs-kegle ca. 3,5 kilometer nord for byens hovedby Freyung. Højden falder bortset fra en saddel til den 791 meter høje Randlberg mod nordøst jævnt omkring 150 meter ned til dalene ved Reschbach mod vest og Saussbach mod syd.
