Bermillo de Sayago er en kommune beliggende i provinsen Zamora, Castilla og León, Spanien. Ifølge folketællingen i 2009 har kommunen en befolkning på 1.259 indbyggere. Den fungerer som den territoriale hovedstad i Sayago og leder denne comarca, men har ingen officiel status. Dens centrale position og det faktum, at befolkningen er klart større, har givet byen denne rolle. Desuden har kommunernes forening Sayagua sit hovedkontor i Bermillo. Denne organisation er en mancomunidad, der leverer tjenester som genbrug eller vand gennem comarcaen Sayago, som de små byer i området ikke kunne have råd til.
