Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon er en fransk kommune med 2.891 indbyggere i departementet Deux-Sèvres i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Den tilhører arrondissementet Niort og kantonen Mignon-et-Boutonne, hvor den er hovedbyen. Indbyggerne kaldes Mauzéens. Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon ligger cirka 37 kilometer øst for La Rochelle og cirka 130 kilometer sydøst for Nantes ved floden Mignon. Kommuneområdet tilhører den regionale naturpark Marais Poitevin. Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon er omgivet af nabokommunerne Prin-Deyrançon mod nord, La Rochénard mod nordøst, Val-du-Mignon med Usseau mod sydøst, Saint-Saturnin-du-Bois mod syd, Saint-Pierre-d’Amilly mod sydvest samt Cramchaban mod nordvest.
