Kommunen Carsac-Aillac ligger på den højre bred af Dordogne i departementet Dordogne i det franske Périgord. Kommunen med 1529 indbyggere er en fusion af Carsac-de-Carlux med Aillac siden 1961. Kirken Saint-Caprais i Carsac er et eksempel på den rustikale, landlige byggestil i regionen. Den middelalderlige, stengede bygning står frit inden for en udstrakt plads i byens centrum. Kirken har romersk oprindelse, men skibet og sideskibene har gotiske spidse buer, der blev indført i det 16. århundrede. Til koret støder en romansk apsis dækket af en halvkugle, som er udsmykket med kapitæler i en arkaisk-orientalsk stil.
