Sainte-Foy-la-Grande er en fransk kommune med 2627 indbyggere ved Dordogne i départementet Gironde i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Byen ligger omkring 50 km øst for Bordeaux. Den tilhører kantonen Le Réolais et Les Bastides. Sainte-Foy-la-Grande blev grundlagt som en typisk schakbræt-lignende bastide den 16. juli 1255 af Alfons af Poitiers, grev af Toulouse og bror til den franske konge Ludvig IX, den Hellige. Sainte-Foy-la-Grande konverterede til protestantismen i 1541 og forblev i lang tid et åndeligt centrum for kalvinismen.
