Les Riceys er en kommune i det franske departement Aube og har 1395 indbyggere. Byen er en del af arrondissementet Troyes. Kommunen Les Riceys omfatter vinmarker, der falder ind under Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée for Champagne. Champagnen fra huset Boizel er tilført farve med rødvin fra vinmarkerne i Cumières og Les Riceys, som ifølge dette champagnehus er "to gode terroirer fra Champagne".
