Totton og Eling () er en civil parish i Hampshire, England, med en befolkning på cirka 29.000 mennesker. Den indeholder byen Totton og ligger mellem den østlige kant af New Forest og floden Test, tæt på byen Southampton, men uden for byens grænse; byen ligger inden for det ikke-metropolitiske distrikt New Forest. Omgivende byer og landsbyer inkluderer Ashurst, Marchwood, Cadnam og Ower.
