Carrauntoohil eller Carrauntoohill er det højeste bjerg i Irland med en højde på 1.038,6 meter. Det ligger på Iveragh-halvøen i County Kerry, tæt på centrum af Irlands højeste bjergkæde, MacGillycuddy's Reeks. Carrauntoohil består hovedsageligt af sandsten, hvis gletsjerdannelse har produceret karakteristiske træk på bjerget, såsom Eagle's Nest-corrien og nogle dybe raviner og skarpe rygge på dets østlige og northeastern sider, som er populære blandt klatrere og vinterklatrere.
