Palazzo Ghisilardi-Fava er et palads i centrum af Bologna i den italienske region Emilia-Romagna. Paladset på Via Alessandro Manzoni 4 er et af de mest kendte eksempler på den bolgnese renæssance og huser i dag Museo Civico Medievale i Bologna.
Bygningen, der blev opført mellem 1484 og 1491, er et typisk eksempel på arkitekturen fra Bentivoglio-familien. Bartolomeo Ghisilardi gav ordre til byggeriet, og murermesterens arbejde blev udført af Zilio Montanari.
