Oldenzaal () er en by og kommune med 31.745 indbyggere i regionen Twente i den hollandske provins Overijssel. Oldenzaal ligger 10 km øst for Hengelo og 15 km vest for Bad Bentheim ved motorvejen 1 Amsterdam—Osnabrück og jernbanelinjen mellem de samme byer. Byen har en station med togforbindelser til Hengelo. Mellem 2010 og 2013 kørte der toge hver time mellem Hengelo og Bad Bentheim, som stoppede i Oldenzaal. På grund af det lave antal passagerer blev dette projekt stoppet den 7. december 2013. I januar 2018 blev driften genoptaget.
