Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam er en botanisk have. Haven ligger på Plantage Middenlaan i Plantagekvarteret. Haven er cirka 1,2 ha stor og indeholder mere end seks tusinde tropiske og indfødte træer og planter. Den monumentale palmehus stammer fra 1912. Der er en orangery, hvor der traditionelt om vinteren tages appelsintræer og andre krukkeplanter ind. Ved Plantage Middenlaan ligger det tidligere Hugo de Vries-laboratorium; denne bygning er designet af arkitekt Jo van der Mey.
