Levefanum var en romersk bosættelse i provinsen Neder-Germanië. Levefanum var en grænsebefæstning langs den nordlige grænse af det romerske rige; den såkaldte limes. Castellum Levefanum lå mellem det nuværende Rijswijk og Wijk bij Duurstede på venstre bred af Nederrijn, hvor denne nu deler sig i Kromme Rijn og Lek. I romersk tid løb hovedgrenen af Rhinen over den nuværende Nederrijn, Kromme Rijn og Oude Rijn til Nordsøen.
