I 1925 blev Rådhuset i Maarn designet i traditionel stil af arkitekten J. Pothoven. Sammenlign dette design med kommunehuset i Woudenberg kommune (1936). I 1963 og 1979 blev Rådhuset betydeligt udbygget bagtil. I kælderen lå politiationen i lang tid. Under trappen var der to politiceller. I 2016 solgte kommunen Utrechtse Heuvelrug, hvor kommunen Maarn-Maarsbergen blev en del af i 2006, Rådhuset, og ejerskabet blev opdelt horisontalt. Tre parter er nu de stolte ejere af det nationale monument. Tårnuret har en monumentalt værdi. Til stor glæde for lokalbefolkningen er også bryllupssalen blevet genoprettet.
