Die Pfarrkirche Frauendorf ist eine geostete römisch-katholische Pfarrkirche in Frauendorf an der Schmida, einer Katastralgemeinde von Sitzendorf an der Schmida im Bezirk Hollabrunn. Sie ist dem Hl. Stephan geweiht.
Die gotische dreischiffige Kirche mit spätbarocken Erweiterungen und Nordturm steht erhöht gelegen im Südosten des Ortes. Sie gehört zum Dekanat Sitzendorf im Vikariat Unter dem Manhartsberg und steht gemäß Verordnung des Bundesdenkmalamtes unter Denkmalschutz.
