Die Burg von Bouillon ist eine mittelalterliche Festung, die Gottfried von Bouillon gehörte, der die Burg verkaufte, um seine Teilnahme am ersten Kreuzzug zu finanzieren.
Die Burg ist eine der geheimnisvollsten in Belgien. Sie ist sehr gut erhalten und wirkt sehr natürlich, da man manchmal kaum den Unterschied zwischen gemauerten und in die Felsen gehauenen Wänden sieht. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall eine Stunde, um alle Gänge, steilen Treppen, Säle, Türme und Verstecke zu erkunden. Im Sommer kann man eine Falknershow besuchen.
