Der alte Gemeindefriedhof wird seit 1853 nicht mehr als solcher genutzt. Er enthält jedoch noch viele Kreuze aus dem 17., 18. und 19. Jahrhundert. Diese Anlage ist seit der römischen Zeit in Betrieb: die Überreste von Thermalbädern und eines Hypokaustums (Fußbodenheizung) wurden dort gefunden. An dieser Stelle ist auch eine der ersten christlichen Basiliken (8. Jh.) im Herzen des gallo-römischen „vicus“ errichtet worden. Eine dem heiligen Martin gewidmete romanische Kirche wird auf den Fundamenten der Basilika gebaut. Sie überdauert bis ins 16. Jahrhundert. Anschließend wird auf ihren Ruinen eine Kapelle mit einer Einsiedelei errichtet (17. Jh.). Vollkommen verlassen, wurde die Kapelle 1878 abgerissen.
