Ortho ist ein sehr altes Dorf, das in der Region eine größere Rolle gespielt hat. Man bemerkt zuerst den dank einer Beleuchtung auch nachts gut sichtbaren quadratischen Turm der Kirche aus dem Jahre 1671. 1901 baufällig geworden, wurde sie 1908 neu errichtet.
Die Umgebung der Kirche ist sehr gefällig. Im Inneren der geweißelten Kirche befinden sich das gotische Taufbecken (14. Jh.) und mehrere größere und kleinere Heiligenstatuen. Die Kirchenfenster im Chor stellen Sankt Anna und Sankt Remigius, Schutzheiliger der Kirche, dar.
