Die ehemalige Burg der Prinzen - die Abtei von Stavelot, Unterschlupf der Schrecklichen
„Sangliers des Ardennes (Wildschweine der Ardennen)" wurde am 1. Mai 1521 von den Truppen des Kaisers Karl V. zerstört. Nach wie vor sind wichtige, vom Ministerium der Region Wallonie unterstützte archäologische Ausgrabungen und Restaurierungsarbeiten im Gange.
Schatzsuche für die Familie: An jedem Öffnungstag der Burg suchen Sie mit einer Schatzkarte den Schatz von Gatte d'Or. Schlossbesichtigungen Juli und August täglich von 11.00 bis 18. 00 Uhr (es wird um 18.30 Uhr geschlossen)
Vom 1. April bis 12. November täglich von 13 bis 17.00 Uhr.
