Dies ist die vierte benannte Brücke an der Promenade des Artistes.

Dieser 1908 geborene und 1986 verstorbene Spa-Maler , auch Zeichner und Kupferstecher, nahm an mehr als 200 Ausstellungen mit mehr als 4000 verkauften Werken teil.

Die 'Promende des Artistes' ist ein schöner Spaziergang, der entlang des 'Ruisseau de la Picherotte' verläuft, einem Tal mit schnell fließendem Wasser, das mehrere Künstler inspiriert hat. Seit 2014 tragen 7 Brücken über dem Wasser die Namen lokaler Künstler.
