Dieses alte Fachwerkhaus befindet sich in der Rue des Fontaines in Ny.
Ny ist eines der "Plus Beaux Villages de la Wallonie". Das Dorf besteht hauptsächlich aus Häusern und Bauernhöfen, die im 18. und 19. Jahrhundert aus Calestienne-Kalkstein gebaut wurden, was ihm eine angenehme Homogenität verleiht.
Im Dorf gibt es viele Kapellen , Wasserstellen und natürlich die Kirche mit Friedhof.
