Es wurde 1900 von der Firma Spa-Attractions gegründet. Es ist eine Hommage an die Designer der Promenaden und Brunnen der Stadt Spa. Der geschnitzte Marmorrahmen war Teil des 1718 von Zar Peter dem Großen gestifteten Denkmals.
