Die Tour verläuft größtenteils über das Gebiet der Gemeinde Bierbeek. Landschaftlich erhält man einen Vorgeschmack auf die unendlichen Weiten der ausgedehnten Landschaft Haspengouw, die bereits im Südosten der Stadtentwicklung von Löwen beginnt. Vor allem ab Bierbeek beginnt die Erde sich zu heben, und robuste, fast monumentale Viereckhöfe erscheinen in deinem Blickfeld. Aber auch bescheidenere Grenzanlagen sind zahlreich vorhanden.
