Wanderung, die hauptsächlich durch den Wald führt. Der zweite Abschnitt ist ziemlich monoton: es ist wahrscheinlich die alte Straßenbahnlinie, die von Werbomont nach Ferrières führt und ganz sanft bergab verläuft. Der erste Teil sind schöne Pfade von und nach Le Houpet. Der Start kann in Lognoul, neben der Straße am Anfang eines Wanderweges, in Le Houpet oder am Grillplatz von Lantroule erfolgen.
Wenig Asphalt (ca. 300m in Lognoul) und 100 m entlang der Hauptstraße in der Mitte der Wanderung.
