Durch das schöne Naturschutzgebiet Bergerven, ist seit 2020 Teil des Nationalpark Hoge Kempen. Eine Wanderung von fast 10 Kilometern, gewandert am Freitag, den 8. Mai 2020.

Es ist eine Region, in der das Kempens Plateau in das Maas-Tal übergeht. Daher musste man hier und da auch klettern, aber es hat sich immer gelohnt!

Die Wanderkarte 'Bergerven' vom Regionalen Landschaft Kempen und Maasland bildete die Grundlage für diese eigene Route.

Startpunkt: Ketelstraat (am Ende der Straße) in 3680 Neeroeteren (Maaseik).
