Trimmis ist eine politische Gemeinde in der Region Landquart des Kantons Graubünden in der Schweiz. Die Ortschaft Says gehört seit dem 1. Januar 2008 ebenfalls zur Gemeinde.
In Trimmis wurde 1958 der Film Es geschah am hellichten Tag nach dem Drehbuch von Friedrich Dürrenmatt mit Gert Fröbe und Heinz Rühmann in den Hauptrollen gedreht.
