Das Kilianeum ist ein 1871 als Chilianeum gegründetes und nach dem Frankenapostel Kilian benanntes ehemaliges Internat im Südosten der Würzburger Altstadt in der heutigen Ottostraße, welches nach seiner Schließung im Juli 1998 und anschließendem Umbau seit dem 15. Juli 2000 von der Diözese Würzburg als Haus der Jugend genutzt wird.
Das Kilianeum geht zurück auf Bestrebungen des 1870 gestorbenen Bischofs Georg Anton von Stahl, ein Knabenseminar einzurichten, das mittellosen Jungen Abitur, Theologiestudium und die Ausbildung zum Priester ermöglichen sollte.
