Fischerdorf ist ein Ortsteil der Stadt Deggendorf im niederbayerischen Landkreis Deggendorf. Bis 1972 bildete es eine selbstständige Gemeinde.
Fischerdorf, ursprünglich tatsächlich ein Fischerdorf, liegt gegenüber dem eigentlichen Deggendorf am rechten Ufer der Donau. Im Nordwesten wird der Fluss von der Donaubrücke Fischerdorf überspannt.
