Das Ferienhaus Merik liegt ideal auf dem Weg zu den berühmten Schlössern des Médoc, zwischen Mündung, Ozeanstränden und Seen. Es profitiert von einer grünen und friedlichen Umgebung, die zum Entspannen und Erholen einlädt. Es grenzt an eine andere möblierte Unterkunft (die Eingänge der beiden Unterkünfte befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite) und verfügt über einen Zugang und einen privaten, geschlossenen Garten. Sie ist ebenerdig und besteht aus einer Küche mit Essbereich, einem Wohnzimmer mit Ess- und Wohnbereich (Schlafsofa für 1 Person), einem Schlafzimmer mit einem 140 cm breiten Bett und einem Badezimmer mit WC. Zentralheizung mit Heizöl.
