Auf einer Fläche von 42 m2 im Erdgeschoss, darunter eine geschützte Pergola mit Blick auf den Privatgarten, ist das Zimmer mit einem mythologischen Fresko dekoriert, das eine Kopie eines Gemäldes ist, das in der Villa Farnese in Rom zu sehen ist.
Das unabhängige Gästezimmer, das nur für Gäste zugänglich ist, verfügt über eine Wärmeecke mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Edelstahl-Spüle, Geschirr, Besteck und Wasserkocher. Ein Wohnraum mit Sofa, ein Duschraum mit italienischer Dusche, WC, Waschbecken.
Draußen, gesicherter Privatparkplatz neben dem Zimmer, Parkplatz für das Auto zum Aufladen, Garten und Wald soweit das Auge reicht, ausgestattet mit einem Waldspa, um sich zu regenerieren.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Tischwäsche werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
