Cumnor ist ein Dorf und eine Gemeindepfarrei 3½ Meilen westlich des Zentrums von Oxford, England. Das Dorf liegt etwa 2 Meilen südwestlich von Botley und sein Zentrum befindet sich westlich der A420-Straße nach Swindon. Die Pfarrei umfasst Cumnor Hill, Chawley, das Gebiet Dean Court am Rand von Botley sowie die abgelegenen Siedlungen Chilswell, Farmoor, Filchampstead und Swinford. Bis zu den Kommunalgrenzänderungen von 1974 gehörte es zu Berkshire, bevor es nach Oxfordshire überging. Die Volkszählung von 2011 verzeichnete die Bevölkerungszahl der Pfarrei mit 5.755.
