Die Addaura-Höhlen sind drei Höhlen an der Nordostflanke des Monte Pellegrino, vier Kilometer vom Kern der sizilianischen Stadt Palermo entfernt. Die dort 70 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel gefundenen Felsritzungen werden dem Epipaläolithikum zugeschrieben. Werkzeugfunde konnten die Nutzung der Höhlen für das Paläolithikum belegen. Die Funde wurden in das Museo Archeologico di Palermo verbracht, ihre Datierung lautet 16.060–15.007 cal. BP. Die Knochenfunde, die die ältesten auf Sizilien darstellen, die bisher datiert wurden, ließen den Nachweis zu, dass die Bewohner keine Meerestiere aßen, sondern vor allem Säugetiere jagten, wie Rothirsche.
