Oude Pekela ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Pekela in der niederländischen Provinz Groningen. Es ist historisch eng mit dem weiter südlich gelegenen Neuen Pekela verbunden. Das Dorf hatte zur Zeit der ersten Volkszählung im Jahr 1795 2972 Einwohner, im Jahr 2021 hatte das Dorf 7610 Einwohner. Das Moorbauerdorf liegt am Pekelderdiep, auch von der lokalen Bevölkerung "diep in t piep" genannt.
