Das Rathaus von Gennep liegt am Markt in Gennep und wurde zwischen 1612 und 1620 unter der Leitung von Willem van Bommel aus Emmerik erbaut. Das Gebäude ist im niederfränkischen Renaissance-Stil mit einem monumentalen oktogonalen Treppenturm gebaut. Es wird nicht mehr als Rathaus genutzt. Das Rathaus bildet zusammen mit dem Petershaus, dem Gemeindebüro, dem alten Kirchturm der Sint-Martinus-Kirche und der niederländisch-reformierten Kirche am Markt einen wichtigen Teil des Stadtbildes von Gennep.
