The Chapel of Our Lady of Seven Sorrows is a single-nave brick chapel in baroque style, located on Poeldendries in Landegem.
The chapel is built of brick and sandstone on a granite plinth and is covered by a gable roof with slate. The front consists of a bell gable with a curved pediment on which a wrought-iron cross stands. The entrance consists of two wooden door wings with grilles and a round-arched transom light. The door has a sandstone frame. There is a round window in the side walls. The choir has a three-sided closure. The interior is plastered and a Pietà stands on the altar.
