Club ride: July 7, 2023 - departure at 11 am.

They will say we are riding around Sint Truiden again!

Ride leader Theo wants to show us how everything can change in a short period of two months. After departure, we first ride through the area where the blossoms have transformed into full-fledged fruit trees with their pears, apples, cherries, and grapes.

A first stop is planned after 50 km in Zepperen where we can choose between Taverne Haspengouw located on Sint-Genovevaplein or Taverne 't Elfde Gebod which is on the other side of the street.

After that, we drive into the agricultural fields where we can see the wheat, beets, corn, and potatoes growing in the fields and enjoy the many views that this beautiful region has to offer. Two months ago, there was nothing to see on these fields.

Thus, we continue to the second stop approximately 100 km after departure. Café De Smis in Velm is a well-known place among the Vespa enthusiasts among us. Once again we were warmly welcomed and served with a heavenly smile.

After that, we ride back towards Tessenderlo for a pleasant chat in the Clubhouse. A beautiful day with beautiful and safe kilometers behind us.

We are already looking forward to the next adventure!
