AzureThis route leads you from Ypres to Nieuwpoort via the existing cycling network. Via the Ieperlee canal you reach the Ijzer in Lo-Reninge, which you follow to the mouth in Nieuwpoort. On this route you get a general overview of what happened here during WW1 through the various memorials. This route was catalogued as a recreational cycling route but is also perfect to do by road bike.
